WHAT WE'RE DOING

We're campaigning for change.

Topical Steroid Withdrawal is a preventable condition. We believe it's time the NHS took responsibility for change to prevent more people from enduring the debilitating, life limiting symptoms presented by the use Topical Steroids prescribed by UK Health Professionals.

Education

Doctors to educate patients on the risks of using Topical Steroids, including the Withdrawal. No more repeat prescriptions and self medication of Topical Steroid Creams.

Labelling & Transparency

Topical Steroid Cream Packaging must include strength and toxicity gradings, along with a clear warning on the effects of the use and misuse of Topical Steroid Creams.

Diagnosis

No more gas lighting. Doctors must recognise and diagnose TSW to allow patients to begin recovery, as opposed to further aggravating the condition via the prescription of more steroids.

We believe it's wrong that all Topical Steroid Creams have almost identical plain, inconspicuous packaging, where one 0.1% cream can exponentially stronger, more toxic, more potent and more dangerous than another 0.1% cream. It's time for change.
